Working in person our property marketing service can include:

Floor plans service
Remote options:
- Send us your old existing plans in any form including paper copies to be redrawn to high detail. (From £40)
- Send us a hand sketch done by you or someone else of your property to be drawn up. (From £40)
In-person options:
- Book a time slot for a member of our team to come to your property and create high-quality accurate floor plans, for any intended use. (From £60)
Planning Drawing Service
Remote options:
- Send us a detailed hand-drawn drawing that has all the relevant information including elevations & sections to be redrawn. We will then proceed with the architectural design and application forms (if required). (From £150)
In-person options:
- Book a time slot for a member of our team to come to your property and talk with you about the options, assess the property, and create all documents required for planning. (From £180)
Architectural Design Service
We would be happy to meet with you to discuss your needs. After assessing the property, we will determine what can be accomplished and present you with cost and time-effective options. Our team is experienced in working on both small internal alterations and larger extensions. We can offer advice on designing room layouts and help you visualize how everything will look in the end. Our focus will be on producing detailed plans for planning or building notices.
Property Marketing Service
In-person options:
- Book in a time slot for a member of our team to provide you with a full property marketing package including: 360 street view tour, floor plans, drone images / video & site pictures. (From £150)
Pricing Information
Prices shown are rough and not exact figures of the cost of works, the quote is determined by:
- Type of work required
- Size of property
- Distance to travel
Please note that we aim to offer a more cost-effective option than hiring an architect. We'll take care of everything required to meet the necessary regulations, including building control submissions and planning applications. Our prices are lower than usual because we are not architects, and therefore do not bear the responsibilities of an architect. We will provide guidance and clarity to both the contractor and the client, but the principal contractor will hold responsibility for all works.
